So exciting that you are going to NYC! You should definitely visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art or MoMA. And rooftop bars are so much fun... There is one I like at 230 Fifth Avenue, and another fabulous one on the top floor of the Gansevoort Hotel in the Meatpacking District. Lots of great restaurants around there too. I like Highline Thai, on Little W 12th Street.
